Enhanced Traits:
-Unlike normal Mega Mewtwo X, whose tail isn't as long or used in the same way as normal Mewtwo or even Mega Mewtwo Y, Ultimate Bentwo's tail maintains a long length and also adds a sharp tip towards the end of it. Due to the increased brute force that this form has, any hit from the tail will at minimum knock somebody into a wall. The tail is a glitch trait similar to how Way Big has much more speed than he should.
-A weak punch from Ultimate Bentwo is enough to shatter materials around diamond levels of durability.
A super powered bunch is enough to completely send a To'kustar hurling across the horizon.
-Can lift approximately 1,640,000 tons of material with a single hand.
-Regardless of what it's moveset was before, it's moveset in this stat is ALWAYS Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Drain Punch, and Earthquake.
Weaknesses:
-Completely berserk whenever in this mode. Even if Ben is in control and not Mewtwo, he has a constant desire to crush whatever stands in his way. With the amount of power described above, he's either going to decimate a whole city into next year or wear himself out of so much power usage. This form makes Rath of all things look like a perfectly tame cat in comparison. Whatever control Rath had, though, is completely ditched in this form due to how insane the power boost was when becoming this form.
-This form cannot be accessed manually, since after it's initial use, it was locked out to prevent both abuse and an out of control rampage like it's known for. This form is instead only triggered when Bentwo has the weaker end of the battle, and will promptly go berserk after transformation.
-Despite Mega Mewtwo X normally being bulkier than normal Mewtwo in terms of defensive abilities, Ultimate Bentwo is MUCH more frail by comparison, if only due to how easily the form wastes energy and exhausts the user.
Words of Advice:
-Run. Whatever villain or adversary you are, you will be utterly annihilated by this guy in the end run. Even if you are a deity attempting divine intervention, you are only delaying the inevitable death you will suffer provided you don't survive long enough for the Ultimate Bentwo to revert back to normal Ben.

Basic Background:

When Bentwo was first utilized, Ben was unaware that what rampage he went on the first time through was NOTHING compared to what damage he could've been causing; Mewtwo was equipped with Mewtwonite X before it was "absorbed" into the Omnitrix, which will enable Mewtwo to Mega Evolve into Mega Mewtwo X if used. During Bentwo's first major battle, Ben was both making a stupid decision and Mewtwo was trying to intervene at the same time. The result? Bentwo Mega Evolves into Ultimate Bentwo, AKA, Mega Mewtwo X. The resulting power boost not only shattered the Boss of the Labyrinth like glass with a single punch, but the battle ending so quickly wasn't enough to satisfy both Mewtwo's AND Ben's current need for battle and combat. Rook was smart enough not to intervene directly, as he knew exactly what he was dealing with by this point to know that Bentwo was an extremely dangerous form in general. He responded by asking for Chessmaster to aide in reverting Ben back to normal, but Chessmaster responded in that he could only delay the inevitable to the same reason that he is unable to remove Mewtwo from the Omnitrix altogether.

With that said, Chessmaster summons a whole army of To'kustar to delay the violence. Luckily, all of them were not real To'kustar, but rather decoys with much more durable skin; This backfired magnificently. Ultimate Bentwo proved far too strong to have an entire army of such giant aliens go up against him, as one unfortunate individual was literally used like a club to smash through each of the others that were in his way, either resulting in them shattering like glass due to the sheer force used, or being smashed down in a domino chain reaction. This was enough for Chessmaster to even regret bring upon this challenge, and requested his relative to aide in dealing with this monstrosity. Indeed Ultima did arrive, and only when he intervened did Ultimate Bentwo's rampage go to an end.

With the threat over and Ben unconscious, Ultima took the time to re-wire the entire Omnitrix and Mewtwo's DNA to completely nerf the amount of power he'd have; Even then, though, there was little Ultima could truly do other than prevent both Ben and Mewtwo from manually activating the evolved form. Apparently somebody is actually responsible for keeping Mewtwo in the Omnitrix other than Mewtwo itself, but nobody is able to find out who this person is, and Ultima left before he could examine it and figure out who was responsible.
